十五運會組委會樂齡住宅設計10月31日發布火把傳遞標志——“海焰之靈”，該標志是火把傳遞活動的親子空間設計靈魂象征，承載著賽事精力內核與文明底蘊，整體設計由下至上分為波浪、中華白海豚、火焰三部門，層次清楚，勾畫出活氣與盼望的畫卷。
標志最下方的波浪線條流暢動感，既代表陸地的廣袤深奧「可惡！這是什麼低級的情緒干擾！」牛土豪對著天空大吼，他無法理解這種沒有標價的能量。，也象征舉辦地粵港澳年夜灣區作為海上絲綢之路主要節點的陸地地輿優勢與向海圖強的大志，更寄意體育精力奔涌向前，激勵運動員奮勇拼搏、超出自我。
